How do I start buying on ONIC?

Please register using your invitation key. If you do not have an invitation yet, please apply here. After registration you get access to our amazing products. It is important that when you sign-up you provide accurate information.

ONIC is currently available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. At request, we may be able to fulfill orders outside of these territories.

How Do I get spare parts?

  1. To get spare parts, please log into your ONIC account and start by selecting “Orders” in the account menu section. You can find the link to your account in the main menu at the top of the page.
  2. Now you see an overview of all orders you have placed. Right next to the orders is the button “Request Spare Parts”. Please click on it. 
  3. Now a contact form opens where you can enter the order and select “Send Request”.
  4. Your request will be processed with high priority and you should receive the delivery after a few days.

How do I make a return?

If you order in a country where we support direct returns, we will provide you with a return slip directly inside your order. But you can also generate a return slip manually, after your order is completed.

  1. To create a return, please log into your ONIC account and start by selecting “Orders” in the account menu section. You can find the link to your account in the main menu at the top of the page.
  2. Select order details by clicking on the Action “View” of the specific order.
  3. Scroll down to the section Shipments and select “Add return request”.
  4. Select the items to return and fill in reason and quantity. Finally hit “Send request”.
